Alexis is the Chief Executive of Careway. She has worked in strategic leadership and operational management roles in health (both public and private), financial services, infrastructure and higher education, more recently specialising in outcomes-based healthcare – helping people get better, faster.
She is passionate about delivering great patient outcomes through innovative processes, technology and care delivery. She came No. 3 in the New Zealand CIO top 50, 2022 (and 7th in 2021) and won Regional 'Young Manager of the Year' (Australian Institute of Management').
