Paul McCrow

Paul is the Group Chief Operating Officer of Allevia Health. He comes with extensive experience in strategic innovation and business transformation in clinical and function operations, clinical leadership, strategic growth, international JV’s, business development and marketing, and ESG.
He is a director of a number of companies including Allevia Radiology, MSK Imaging, North MRI, Affinity Radiology and NZ Cyclotron. Paul’s has 25+ years of collaborative leadership style that has previously seen him take leadership roles in some of Australia’s largest listed healthcare companies including director positions in many of the subsidiary companies.
Paul is passionate about improving the patient journey and outcomes through improved processes or technology. He has experience in leading ESG and heads this for Allevia Health.
He qualified as a radiographer from Charles Sturt University and completed an MBA from Curtin University Graduate School of Business, as well as studied his Masters of Medical Radiation Science (Sydney University).
